Madam,

             Most respectfully, I beg to state that I, student name, am a student of class x of your school. I am informing you that a debate competition will be held in our neighboring school on 25th July, 2025.

Debate is a part of education. It enriches our mind and makes us able to judge everything logically. Everyone is going to participate in this program. I am really willing to take part in this program to keep the dignity and honor of our school.

I, therefore request you to kindly grand my prayer by giving permission so that I can submit my name to take part in the competition with in due date.
